4 Days 4 Rules Diet
So between these dates…
Monday 25th February – Thursday 28th February
I did a very “quick fix’ diet.
Four days, Four rules.
Rule 1 – NO CARBS
Rule 2 – NO SUGARS
Rule 3- NO SNACKS
Rule 4- NO SALT
I also ate only in a 6 hour window, So between the hours of 1pm and 7pm. And fasted for the other 18 hours of the day.
This kind of diet is perfect just for a quick fix.
The reason I wanted to do this diet is because I was attending a party on the Friday night and had bought some amazing red pencil styled pants. However , even though the pants fitted fine and were comfy on me, they were just a tiny tad on the tight side around the calves so they didn’t fall right or cover my ankles unless pulling them down with my hands. I knew if I just lost half an inch everywhere or I just lost a little water weight the pants would fit and fall better.
So I thought of this diet…
Long story short… Carbs and Salt retain water… So I cut them out.
Sugar and Snacking Gains weight… So I cut them out.
I cut out ALL sugary drinks too and Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday all I drank was water… Ands lots of it. It’s a known fact that the more water you drink your body doesn’t retain it so much. So I went with that. However on the Thursday ( the day before the party ) I didn’t drink so much water and was informed to drink coffee and when I go to bed have a glass of low calorie wine and a shot of vodka… (Apparently this tightens the skins and will help shed water over the next 24 hours)
So here’s my food diary (mainly Babybels)


I weighed myself Monday morning.
10 stone 12.
Monday- At 1pm – For my lunch I ate 2 babybel cheese’s (basically so I don’t pass out)
( I got this ‘small cheese’ idea from the film The Devil Wears Prada, Where Emily Blunts character ‘Emily’ Starves herself and then eats a piece of cheese when she feels like she’s going to pass out )
At 6:30pm- I had a tin of tuna with a few sliced tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot , coleslaw with some cress on the side and a small dollop of mayo. SEE PHOTO BELOW…

Tuesday- At 1pm- 2 babybel cheese’s.
At 6:30pm- A Tiny of Tuna, Chorizo slices, Coleslaw , Cucumber sticks with small dollop of mayo. SEE PHOTO BELOW …

Wednesday- At 1pm- 2 babybel cheese’s AND 2 chocked chicken thighs.
At 6:30pm- Small portion of chicken bits and another chicken thigh. NO PHOTO AVAILABLE…
Thursday- At 1pm- 2 babybel cheese’s
At 6:30pm- A Tin of tuna, A tiny slice of pork pie, cherry tomatoes, coleslaw, cumber slices cut up with a dollop of mayo.
At 10pm- Glass of Red wine and shot of vodka. SEE PHOTO BELOW…

I woke up on Friday morning (THE DAY OF THE PARTY) And Jumped on the scales straight away. I was down to 10stone8. I had lost 4 pounds, Which I was really happy with because that’s losing a pound a day.
The night of the party when I put on my red pencil pants I noticed immediately that the pants fell properly on my legs, they weren’t tight round my calves and didn’t have to pull the bottom of the pants down near my ankles, they fell exactly how they should.
I was very happy and felt great. Even though its only 4 pounds, When I looked in the mirror I could see a slight difference , I wasn’t and didn’t feel at all bloated.
I hope this diet works for you as a quick fix before a night out, party or any social event.
